In converting it to guest accommodation, we have retained the simplicity of the building but have added all the mod-cons: air conditioning, a comfortable guest room with TV and cooking facilities, quality linen, fittings and generous off-street parking.
A feature of the solid brick and tile building is the interior use of Rimu timber both in the trimmings and for the in-built furniture
